We are looking for a positive and outgoing person to join our amazing team in our award winning Calgary boutique. Our consultants have a love for Bridal and formal wear fashion and for helping our clients have an amazing experience while finding their perfect dress or formal wear attire. The successful candidate will be able to provide exceptional customer service in a high energy sales environment and assist our clients in fulfilling their dream for their wedding day, graduation, or special event. Other duties may include assisting with scheduling appointments, meeting with designers, client follow up, and steaming / dress preparation. Candidates must be able to work weekends.

Position Requirements

• Excellent customer service

• Sales experience in a high end sales / bridal

• Thoughtful and sincere communicator - able to make genuine connections

• Positive, outgoing, and upbeat attitude

• Commitment to ongoing training and career development

• Working and thriving in team of self-motivated individuals

• Knowledge of fashion and bridal trends

• Proficient computer and social media skills

• Strong verbal and written skills

• Ability to lift 10lbs (dresses) and stand on feet for extended periods while working with clients

• Ability to learn quickly and be able to respond to client needs with accuracy

1 to 2 years experience in Bridal / Formal Wear sales an asset

1 to 2 years experience in high end retail sales an asset
