During this challenging time it is more important than ever to be connected, focus on the people we love, our plans for the future, and having your Happily Ever After. While we may have to temporarily change how we shop for your dream dress - you do not have to put your dreams on hold, we are here for you and ready to create a once in a lifetime experience.

5 Easy Steps to finding your dream gown!

Step 1:  Let us help you celebrate love! Book a 45 minute virtual bridal appointment with a personal stylist dedicated to helping you find your dream dress.  There is absolutely no charge for a Virtual Bridal appointment. Whenever you are ready please click here to begin and request your appointment

Step 2:  Your personal Pre-Consult. Once we receive your appointment request we will send you a Virtual Pre-Consult to complete so your stylist can get to know more about you, your wedding vision, your style, and have some options selected for when you go live with your appointment.  Once we receive your pre-consult we will call you to arrange a time and format (zoom / facetime / etc) for your appointment.

Step 3: Your virtual appointment begins!  Your stylist will have a few gowns pre-selected on mannequins for you to get started with based on your pre-consult, from there she will introduce different gowns based on your feedback and showcase them for you instantly so you can see the colours, style, details, and more.  Dresses can be shown in different silhouettes, with customization, with up close detail to show finishing’s and fabrics. She will go over fit and style for your body shape and discuss alterations, delivery times, and more.  The ultimate in luxury personalized online shopping with a senior stylist as your personal guide and assistant.  If you are ready to say YES to your dress then your stylist will guide you through measuring and delivery as needed and be there to celebrate with you at every step of the process.  Off The Rack and Sample Dresses can be ready for pick up in as little at 2 days and will include a special Celebration Kit.  If you need a bit more time or need to try the dresses on before making your decision we can help with that too!  (see step 4)

Step 4: (optional) Our At Home Try On Service – if you would like to try on a few of your favourite gowns from your virtual appointment before making your decision we can arrange for you to try them on at home.  Your stylist will arrange for contact free curbside pick-up of up to 3 of your favourite gowns and a clip kit along with some accessory options.  A security deposit will be taken of $75 per dress via credit card, if you Say Yes To The Dress during your At Home party 100% of your deposit will be applied to the sale of your gown.  If you are not able to choose a dress then your deposit is refunded less a $75 charge to cover the cost of the At Home Service and sanitizing the gowns upon their return.

The dresses will stay with you for 3 to 5 days (depending on demand).  During your At Home Try On party your stylist will call at a pre-arranged time when you will be trying on the gowns to answer any questions you have, advise on fit, how to clip the gown to see how it will be altered / sized to your shape, styling, alterations, accessories, etc.  If you choose one of our dresses from our Sample Sale or from our Off The Rack collections we will arrange a time for you to drop off the other 2 gowns.  If you say yes to a dress that is being special ordered for you then your stylist will help you through the measuring process via Zoom or Facetime.  

Step 5: Celebrate!  Our At Home Try On Service includes a Say Yes celebration (we ask that it only to be opened upon finding your dream dress), with help to celebrate and have an Instagram moment, a measuring tape, our “how to measure at home guide”, a special surprise for the Bride, and some instructions for the next steps.  Your stylist will also assist you in arranging a curbside drop off time at the end of your At Home party for any dresses that are coming back to us.
